We need you to take charge of the assessment of patient care needs and develop, implement and evaluate treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role will also see you act as lead for support staff on a daily basis. - Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Appropriately registered with the NMC as per post requirements
- Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice
- Demonstrates genuine interest in and commitment to care
- Recent experience working within acute medical or community settings
- Substantial experiences as a registered Nurse
- Experience of working in multi-agency services.
- Able to work flexibly
- Good written communication
