Job summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has a passion for proactive recruitment. The role will require you to work in a demanding environment, no two days we will be the same!
The ideal applicant will have previously worked in a recruitment environment however project coordination and marketing skills will also be an advantage.
The post is located to our Recruitment Hub @ Britannia Park, Southend and candidates would be expected to travel between sites.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Main duties of the job
You will work alongside the Senior Recruitment Advisors to achieve deliverable objectives for the divisions with particular reference to workforce plans, difficult to recruit to roles, driving down agency reliance and spend and supporting innovation against recruitment challenges.
You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity and will be required to project plan and deliver recruitment projects locally. The post will require you to conduct regular quality audits on all systems and processes that are used within the recruitment team and implement any adjustments to process as required under management instruction.
You will also be required to complete daily administration duties, report writing and represent the Trust at Career Events across the local Essex area.
