Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with strong leadership skills with a professional registration (RMN, Social Worker, OT)?

If so Central Manchester is seeking to recruit a Senior Practitioner to join our vibrant teams.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will:
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, support and consultation to staff in the CMHT, in line with clinical pathways and as outlined within the operational procedure.
  • Take a lead clinical role in identified clinical pathways within the service
  • Manage and evaluate caseloads in line with relevant clinical pathway, as outlined within the operational procedure and will include:
    • Assessment
    • Formulation
    • Therapeutic intervention as required
    • Signposting
    • Close working with all colleagues
    • To be responsible for a complex caseload

    Deputise for the Team Manager in his/her absence and take on any delegated management duties as required. To participate in the bronze on call rota this is subject to approval.
