This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who has a passion for the digital agenda and transformation of services to join our fantastic digital clinical team, making a positive difference for our staff and patients.

You will use your specialist clinical knowledge and experience to influence digital clinical practice, shaping the design and implementation of digital solutions within NHFT. This role will also bring opportunities to work at a system level, delivering digital solutions creatively with our health partners in Northamptonshire to support effective and responsive care pathways within the county.

Main duties of the job

You will provide day to day management and professional leadership for the Digital clinical safety transformation team, to include staff and service development and hold responsibility for operational delivery of service outcomes.

You will be someone with demonstrable communication and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude and a commitment to working collaboratively with all stakeholders, developing strong relationships to support the planning and delivery of programmes of work that improve safety, quality and efficiency in care delivery.

If you are a clinician looking for a new challenge and wanting to enhance patient care through the use of technology this role provides you with that opportunity. This post would suit someone who is looking to develop their leadership and management skills.

The post is full-time (37.5 hours) and permanent. We would consider applications for flexible working including job share and secondment.
