An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Portfolio Business Change and Benefits Manager within the Health Boards Informatics Division - Projects & Programmes, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB).

Main duties of the job

The Informatics Digital Portfolio Business Change and Benefits Manager isrequired to lead and oversee the facilitation of business change through the introduction of new digital clinical systems and technology. This will include overall and ongoing responsibility for the successful day-to-day adoption of new capabilities through clinical systems implementation. The post holder will take the lead in enabling the digital benefits realisation planning, benefits management, and working with services to capture, measure, baseline, embed, and realise the outcomes of the benefits.

The post holder will be required to ensure effective liaison and collaboration with the strategic delivery and deployment arms of Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) and Welsh Government (WG), as well as other relevant national, regional and local strategic delivery programmes.
