The Imaging department have an exciting opportunity for two aspiring band 5 Operational Services Managers to work in the Imaging Department on a temporary 6 month contract.
This is an excellent career development opportunity for individuals who ae already in recognised management roles who wish to pursue their career further whilst gaining a true insight into an Operational Service Manager role in Imaging
As anOperational Services Manager, you will play a crucial role within the Directorate Team, to ensure the efficient operational management and delivery of performance targets
Organisational skills and excellent communication skills are essential along with waiting list and staff management experience. Focusing on critical issues, quickly identifying solutions and multi-tasking are essential to the role.
A flexible approach is required, as is the need to be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise set tasks and objectives.
This post will be based at Royal Stoke primarily although there may be a requirement in instances to work across site at County Hospital.
