We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to lead the product team in supporting clinical teams and patients in the further development and rollout of our award winning patient online service, My Medical Record. About the team

The My Medical Record team lead on the development, support and rollout of an industry leading personal health record (PHR), that enables patients to manage their own healthcare whilst away from the hospital. The service supports clinicians and patients at over 25 hospitals around the country and our work programme is rapidly expanding. As such, we are growing our existing team to support this.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOULL DO

Your time will be spent leading a team of product specialists and support analysts in developing and supporting My Medical Record to provide the best service to both patients and clinical teams. Youll help manage the workload of the team based on the development priorities of the Trust. Youll develop and maintain processes to support the team and use systems activity data to highlight opportunities to improve the service. The role is hands on so, in addition to leading the team, the successful candidate will be actively making changes to the service and directly supporting patients and clinical teams.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Were looking for an enthusiastic customer focussed person to support the team in the expansion of the service to many more patients and clinical teams.The successful candidate will have experience of developing products with a focus on user experience. They will also be able to develop and maintain efficient processes to support a small product team in providing patients and clinical teams with the best possible service. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of information technology and have experience using the web, email, and back-office software. Experience of direct customer service roles or working in service environments is also desirable.
