Ward A4 at the Wythenshawe site of Manchester Foundation trust are currently looking to recruit a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to our acute surgical ward.Our General Surgical directorate has a reputation for the highest standards of clinical care.

We are looking for a suitably experienced nurse who is passionate about patient safety and the delivery of exceptional quality care to patients who require emergency surgery across all surgical specialties. (General surgery, Urology, Orthopaedics, Ear Nose Throat and Plastic surgery)

Main duties of the job

You will be an aspiring leader with the ability to adopt a highly accessible and visible approach for patients, relatives and colleagues. You will assist the Ward Manager with the operational management for the team working on the Ward.
