You will be responsible for planning and delivering our ongoing and ambitious international recruitment programme. This is an Trust wide project, involving multiple stakeholders including our local Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care System and more locally within the Trust and is a key element of our workforce strategy.
We are excited that we have secured funding for a new team and reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide leadership to a team of people supporting clinical workstreams collaboratively with Recruitment, Professional Development and Nursing and Therapy colleagues, pastoral care and administration.
Your previous experience of successfully delivering programmes of work or projects involving multiple parties and you will need to be able to work autonomously. It is essential that you have an understanding of the legislative and regulatory requirements of international recruitment. This post will appeal to someone who has a passion for supporting colleagues and enabling them to join our wider team and shape our new department within Workforce directorate to be the best that they can be for our patients.

The International Recruitment Manager is responsible for providing professional leadership and expertise regarding the development and implementation of specific projects of work around International Recruitment Strategy which contributes to maintaining and or improving quality and safety of Trust wide nursing and therapy services and professional standards. The post holder will also lead on all governance standards including NHS Recruitment pre-employment checking standards, Trust systems and processes and any specific legal requirements and ensuring that the correct information is recorded centrally.
