The opportunity has arisen to join the clinical site management team at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.

The successful post hold will be required initially to work day shifts and some weekend working.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

The site management team are a forward thinking, proactive and enthusiastic team. The role is varied and interesting and includes bed management, providing clinical advice and professional issues and site management in general.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer care skills, interacting with patients, relatives and members of the multi-disciplinary team as a key role. Evidence of problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure and an understanding of patient flow is essential. As this role will include patient movement, candidates will be working in the clinical environment as part of their role and therefore will need to adhere to Health board policies & procedures relevant to clinical staff.
