Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a Reporting Business Intelligence Developer to join the core Business Intelligence Development team based at London North West University Healthcare Trust. We are part of a growing and increasingly interconnected network of analytical resources spanning organisations across north west London.

We work most closely with our neighbour The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and have strong working relationships across North West London Integrated Care Board and are developing an similar approach as part of Brent Integrated Care Partnership.

Within the Trust we are also linking up analytics functions that support Clinical Divisional performance, Transformation and Research and Development.

Main duties of the job

This role will also give you an ideal platform to widen your knowledge and experience of support a complex reporting environment integrating data from a wide range of clinical systems.

We are looking for a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery.

You will need to have a methodical approach to your tasks and the processes around change and release management.

You will need to be a good communicator and able to understand the business and clinical priorities of non-technical colleagues and able to translate these concepts into new and innovate solutions.

You will be able to build relationships and make connections to relevant analytical work happening across North West London ICB and partner organisations.

You'll also have outstanding analytical skills, ensuring that data you and your team produces is robust and effective, and is presented in presented in a clear and compelling format.

You'll need strong technical skills and will be confident in using SQL and other query languages, and in using a range of statistical methods.

Most of all, you'll have an excellent understanding of how to design and present analysis that can drive positive change.
