We are recruiting! Staffbank are looking for a dedicated, caring and compassionate individual to join our dedicated team as a HCA. Please note you must have a minimum 6 months of relevant UK experience.

Main duties of the job

Your duties as a HCA may include:

- Observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions

- Taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight. -

-Communicating with patients, relatives and carers.

-Assisting with clinical duties.

-Providing personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene

-Reassurance, comfort and safety of the patient

Job responsibilities

We are looking for a caring, compassionate and committed individual to join our amazing team. As a HCA you will be working closely with the patient therefore will need excellent communication skills and to be a very dedicated individual.

A bit about what you will be doing!
  • wash and dress patients.
  • serve meals and help to feed patients.
  • help people to move around.
  • make beds.
  • make patients feel comfortable.
  • monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight.

Person Specification



  • Experience working as a HCA or care assistant.


  • Experience working in a hospital.
