Job summary
An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time substantive Band 5 Theatre Practitioner in Theatres 6-10 . ENT. Maxilla Facial, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Paediatric general
The vacancy is open to either an Operating Department Practitioner or Registered Nurse but ideally Dual role with anaesthetic experience is preferred . (Newly qualified students will be considered).
Main duties of the job
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic candidates with the ability to work well within a challenging environment. To work collaboratively within a specialised Theatre team. The successful candidate will provide effective and high standards of patient care and contribute towards the smooth and effective running of Theatre lists and to rotate through the varying specialities within the department which include Plastics, Maxilla Facial, ENT and Ophthalmology, They will be expected to both develop and maintain their personal and professional development,
Staff will be required to work flexibly to cover the service requirements.
