Sutton Community are seeking a talented and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to deliver exceptional care to patients on a flexible part time basis.
3 days a week 8:30AM- 4:30PM

Main duties of the job
Band 6 Physiotherapist
- The candidate must have good experience working with patients with neurological conditions including stroke, head injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis & progressive conditions.
- The candidate will need experience in rehabilitation and the management of long term conditions.
- Community experience
- Experience working with adults & older adults
- MDT working
- Care driver & car that can use for this post

- Relevant postgraduate qualifications
- HCPC Registration
Knowledge and Skills

- Ability to demonstrate ongoing CPD and the use of evidence based practice

- Proficient in basic Excel and Word

- Must be willing to travel
