Job summary

Sutton Community are seeking a talented and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to deliver exceptional care to patients on a flexible part time basis.

3 days a week 8:30AM- 4:30PM

To start as soon as possible

Main duties of the job

Band 6 Physiotherapist
  • The candidate must have good experience working with patients with neurological conditions including stroke, head injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis & progressive conditions.
  • The candidate will need experience in rehabilitation and the management of long term conditions.
  • Community experience
  • Experience working with adults & older adults
  • MDT working
  • Care driver & car that can use for this post

Desirable:

EMIS trained & have a NHS SMART card

Person Specification

Qualifications and Training

Essential

  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications
  • HCPC Registration


Knowledge and Skills

Essential

  • Ability to demonstrate ongoing CPD and the use of evidence based practice
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient in basic Excel and Word


Experience

Essential

  • Must be willing to travel
  • Experience and full qualifications as a Physiotherapist including the following areas within Physiotherapy:
  • Community Therapy
  • MSK
  • Orthopediatrics
  • Falls Prevention
  • Rehab Skills
