We are seeking to recruit a registered children's nurse to join the dedicated paediatric ED team at the PRUH. You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and passionate about emergency care for children and be highly motivated with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a challenging environment. Newly qualified nurses are also welcome to apply.
We are committed to developing our staff and have a dedicated clinical practice facilitator and Senior Sister to support you in the department.
There is also the opportunity for some candidates to enter on to our newly developed rotation programme between the Paediatric ward and the Emergency Department which can be discussed at interview.
Staff are also supported by our onsite Practice Development Nurse who offers ongoing support in terms of professional growth and development. We provide care to patients from a diverse population and believe that the diversity of the local population is reflected in our staff and our recruitment strategy.
