The Worcester ENT Department offers a full range of ENT services, including general adult and paediatric ENT, major head and neck treatments, rhinology and facial plastics as well as sub-specialist otological care. An enthusiastic applicant will receive ample opportunity to develop ENT knowledge and skills.

The weekly timetable varies but Drs will usually have at least one day off during the week to compensate for time spent working out of hours.

Person Specification

Experience

Essential

  • Clinical training and experience equivalent to that required at FY2 level.
  • Ability to take responsibility for clinical care of patients.


Desirable

  • Experience of teaching


Qualifications

Essential

  • Eligible for full GMC registration with Licence to Practise at the time of appointment.
  • MB ChB or equivalent


Desirable

  • An interest in a career in ENT
