Main duties of the job
You will be required to:
- monitor and evaluate Care Plans within the CPA Framework
- administer and/or supervise the administration of prescribed medication
- liaise with other professionals including GPs and external agencies
- ensure compliance with aftercare issues such as Social Care requirements, the Mental Health Act, Code Of Practice and other relevant legislation.

- RMN or Dip/Bsc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing
- ENB 998/Preceptorship and Mentorship
