Job summary

We are currently looking for an Experienced Band 7 Manager (registered nurse) to come and work within our team in ENT clinic. If you are a Registered Nurse who enjoys a fast paced surgical clinic then this speciality is for you. Experience as a Band 7 is essential to lead the team.

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Band 7 manager on ENT clinic, a fast paced unit specialising in ENT, Plastics, Max Fax and Oncology offering a wealth of learning opportunities.

There will be the opportunity to develop specialist skills and knowledge within ENT. A good working relationship with consultants. We currently offer Weekday working unless initiative is required.

The Clinic can offer a full induction package with a supernumerary period. Training and competencies within the specialities and on-going support and professional development.

The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm to Lead & work within a motivated team to provide high quality care through evidence based practice and innovation. The candidate is must have experience as a Band 7 leading a team and basic computer skills along with excellent communication skills;
