Job summary
An exciting opportunity has opened up to provide managerial leadership and be responsible and accountable for the safe and effective service delivery within the Division of Tertiary Medicine.
Main duties of the job
To operationally manage services to ensure effective service delivery and development, ensuring delivery of the key performance targets within the organisation as well as nationally.
To lead in the development of service initiatives in line with the transformation and cost improvement programme agendas.
To ensure services remain safe, clean and personal taking a leading role, alongside the relevant Clinical Directors, in delivery of the clinical governance agenda, particularly focusing on managing risks.
