Job summary
There is now an exciting opportunity to join the Trust's finance team as a Finance Business Partner within the corporate team. As the principal finance contact for the corporate operational division, this is a vital role in ensuring the effective use of the division's financial resources. This post will also provide a full range of advice to the Divisional Senior Management Team to ensure budgets are appropriately maintained and financial results are reported accurately.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD
This post will be subject to a probationary period of 6 months.
During the probationary period, your suitability for continued employment will be assessed and provided a satisfactory standard is achieved and maintained, your employment will be confirmed.The probationary period may be extended or your employment terminated either during or at the end of probation, in line with the trust Probationary Policy. For the duration of the probation period, the notice period will be in line with contractual obligations on either side.

- Supporting the Corporate Divisional Leadership team, Executive Board members, and all budget holders in user friendly terms to enable the achievement of their financial responsibilities.
- Ensuring that the Trust Commercial reporting (Dubai) is accurately reflected within the Trust overall financial reporting.
- Providing integrated income and expenditure performance, capital financial planning, and financial accountancy and forecasting advice.
- Supporting the Education department in the costing of all external training and provide integrated income and expenditure performance, capital financial planning, and financial accountancy and forecasting advice.
- To lead the team of two and directly manage the Senior Management Accountant, setting objectives and work priorities as appropriate and marshalling the available resources in the most appropriate and efficient manner.
