This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, clinically orientated nurse to join an experienced multidisciplinary team. Operating an embedded integrated service model (in line with local commissioning expectations and national service specification) will provide the post holder with an opportunity to work in a busy county-wide service, meeting service user's needs for contraception, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections and HIV treatment and care. As this position is primarily based within the Contraceptive/ reproductive part of our service, duties will include advice/education on contraception, fitting/ removal of implants, and IUD's , training will be provided to support these elements.

NISHH seeks a candidate with training and experience in Contraception and ideally some knowledge and experience of testing and treatment of sexual infections and HIV care. NISHH offers excellent training opportunities both in clinical specialist areas of Genitourinary medicine (GUM), contraceptive and reproductive health (CRH) and HIV, as well as in leadership and management skills for senior posts.
