A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join Warrington Recovery Team as a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner (SNP).
Our Team is a highly regarded, well led service, providing excellent care, treatment and support to adults with significant mental health needs, within the borough of Warrington.
This is a full time, permanent post and there are also 2 x B6 positions available, to work in the team on a 12 month fixed term basis
Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within a community setting is important. You will provide support to service users, managing a complex caseload. You will work alongside experienced and supportive colleagues as part of a wider MDT.
Please note - the full time and fixed term posts are also open to newly qualified B5 staff, with relevant knowledge and experience, where progression to B6 post would be achieved on condition of successful completion of preceptorship.
Our office hours are Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm. Our office base is Wakefield House.

Main duties of the job
You will undertake case management responsibilities, as B6 SNP, to help deliver care, treatment and support to service users with significant mental health needs. You will maintain clinical documentation and be confident in liaising with partner agencies and professionals, with the aim of providing excellent care outcomes.
The role will also require you to assist with duty rota and depot clinic cover, where required in Team.
