Job summary
We are looking for a band 5 RGN to join our unified Pre Assessment service, assessing patients fitness for surgery, you will be initially undertaking telephone consultations with a view that with training you will be able to undertake face to face and more complex assessments.
The unified Pre-Assessment service is a developing and dynamic team, committed to safely steering the patient through their perioperative journey.
Main duties of the job
You will be undertaking telephone pre operative assessments and patients awaiting surgery.
You will be encouraged to undertake the clinical patient assessment course in time with a view to undertaking more complex assessments.
