The Career Development Facilitator is responsible for the delivery and embedding of Learning, Education, and Development strategies in relation to Careers and Work Experience.
The post holder will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand the changing requirements, and to identify, implement and evaluate suitable and sustainable approaches and interventions to engage with growing and developing our current and future workforce.

This will include career coaching, career clinics, work experience, work-related learning, career information, guidance, and pathways.

- Maximise all opportunities to promote NHS careers and engage with the current and future workforce.
- Manage and facilitate career coaching for all Trust staff.
- Identify and action key projects and interventions that provide support for career progression and/or development opportunities.
- To establish and maintain effective partnerships with external organisations for the purposes of practical support to all careers within the

- Achieved grade / experience of previous roles
