Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that is in the process of creating a digital platform to support the Trusts Divisions enhancing the patients experience. This post will provide direct support to operational management, and corporate services colleagues with a focus on SLA Monitoring and PLICS, in particular improving the quality of data available. Thus ensuring accurate and detailed insights driving the key decisions made by the Trust.
You should have the ability to create and maintain information reports, providing analytical commentary to staff of all abilities, on a routine and ad-hoc basis, networking with the relevant key stakeholders to source/define/analyse the data required.
Main duties of the job
You must possess excellent IT, communication, numerical and analytical skills, with excellent knowledge and ability within Excel and SQL, knowledge of SSRS, Qlikview and Power BI would be an advantage, but not essential.
The post requires the successful candidate to be flexible, able to work under pressure and be adaptable to changing requirements and deadlines.

JOB PURPOSE
You will be working as part of the Informatics Team with particular focus on Trustwide Services activity related to Finance. The role is fundamental in helping to drive improvement in SLR/PLICS and SUS/SLAM data within the Trust.
JOB SUMMARYSupporting the Lead SLAM and SLR/PLICS Analyst the post holder will play a significant role in developing and maintaining SUS/SLAM and SLR/PLICS reports as needed. Identifying issues and propagating these by working with, and supporting, Trust stakeholders to improve data quality and to close any gaps in the Information Standards.
The role encompasses working with Information, IT and Finance teams as well as clinical groups in the development and preparation of complex requirements specifications. This will require analysis, interpretation and resolution of complex problems, covering a wide range of clinical and business areas including at a national level.
