My name is Ali and, as Lead Nurse for Pre-op Cardiac surgery , I am wondering if you are the right person to join our team of Band 7 Pre-operative Cardiac Surgery Care Practitioners.
Our service at St George's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, London, is a specialist tertiary referral centre for all types of adult cardiac surgery and serves a population of around 3 million, covering a wide geographical area including South West London and the surrounding areas of Surrey and Sussex. We perform around 1000 operations a year.
Main duties of the job
Sussex. We perform around 1000 operations a year.
I am hoping you are a Cardiac Surgery Nurse, experienced in Pre-Assessment and confident about integrating this role with case managing our patients efficiently and effectively through to cardiac surgery. Under the Lead Nurse, you would be working as a team with the other Pre-operative Cardiac Surgery Care Practitioners and with our Patient Pathway and MDT Co-ordinators.
If you are a team player with great individual clinical and organisational skills, looking for a new challenge and interested in growing our service in a new direction, then I want to hear from you.
