The HR Team is currently working from home. The role may on occasions require you to travel to Trust Headquarters based at New Mill, Saltaire and there may be travel required across Trust locations to undertake meetings.

Main duties of the job

Under the management of a HR Business Partner, the post holder is responsible for providing professional support in the provision and development of the HR Operations service within the Trust.

This role will work as an advisor to Trust managers on a wide range of HRoperational issues ensuring Trust standards and policies are adhered to in a consistent manner. The role will have a focus on providing excellent customer service with a right first time approach that supports the Trust values and aim to provide outstanding care.

  • Professional Qualification C.I.P.D or part qualified, working towards (Level 5 or above)


  • Level 7 CIPD Qualification



  • Evidence of ongoing CPD to maintain competencies

  • Proven track record of HR generalist experience.
  • Experience of supporting managers on a range of employee relations matters.
  • Development and delivery of training programmes
  • experience of managing change


  • Experience of line management responsibilities.
  • Experience of dealing with medical staffing queries/HR matters.
  • Experience and understanding of dealing with performance management and organisation change.
