Job summary
Our People Services team is growing. Over the last 12 months we have been working with colleagues and transforming our people model into a Partnering and Centre of Expertise. We are looking for colleagues across a wide range of People services and this is one of several vacancies available in the HR Business Partnering team.

The HR Team is currently working from home. The role may on occasions require you to travel to Trust Headquarters based at New Mill, Saltaire and there may be travel required across Trust locations to undertake meetings.

Main duties of the job
Under the management of a HR Business Partner, the post holder is responsible for providing professional support in the provision and development of the HR Operations service within the Trust.
This role will work as an advisor to Trust managers on a wide range of HRoperational issues ensuring Trust standards and policies are adhered to in a consistent manner. The role will have a focus on providing excellent customer service with a right first time approach that supports the Trust values and aim to provide outstanding care.
