Main duties of the job

DAT is a community team working within a harm minimisation framework to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment treatment and support service to people who are presenting with alcohol and/or drug dependency. We deliver an Island-wide substance misuse specialist service for people of all ages. You will be part of our friendly, hardworking team who have a can do attitude, in what is a difficult and complex speciality. In this role, you will support the DAT Manager with the day-to-day operational functions of the service, as well as contributing to the management of our team of dedicated professionals. Qualifications

Essential

• Recognised professional qualification in Mental Health/Social Care and a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration/ General Social Care Council or equivalent.
• Education to Masters Degree level in a relevant speciality, or experience and ability to work at Masters Level.
• Relevant evidence of additional training in Management and Leadership.
