We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team within our Trauma and Orthopaedic Wards at Nobles Hospital on the beautiful Isle of Man! Main duties of the job

In this role, you will be able to develop your experience and skills, caring for both trauma and elective patients with a variety of conditions, working as part of our large, supportive and friendly team. As a member of this multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the nursing assessment of patient care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. Our wards serve patients with a variety of needs, including elective surgery, urgent orthopaedic conditions and major trauma, so you will have the opportunity to gain vast experience in these areas. You will also play a key role during periods of high demand, such as T.T. fortnight. Whether youre newly qualified or looking to expand your experience working within trauma and orthopaedic nursing, we have lots to offer and youll be fully supported making your move into our team. A relocation package of up to �7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of �250 per month. This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of �3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th, and 25th months of employment.
