Main duties of the job
The roles will involve working in busy, challenging and rewarding environments in In-Patients settings, in line with the overall objectives of the relative services
As part of the Multidisciplinary team, the post holder will work in partnership to assist in the facilitation of hospital discharge and the provision of rehabilitative treatment.
