Main duties of the job

You will join a busy multi-disciplinary team that is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care. You will be self-driven, striving to provide a high standard of nursing care. Your philosophy should be that the patient's needs come first.

Person Specification



  • Good general education
  • Registered Nurse (General)
  • ENB 998/371 or equivalent


  • Evidence of further continued professional development
  • First Line Management Course



  • Specialist requirements
  • Experience of teaching students, HCA's and qualified staff
  • Experience of working as part of a team and on own initiative


  • Previous experience as a shift/team leader



  • Able to use computer

Special Conditions


  • able to work Internal rotation to nights
