Endoscopy Practice Educator
Band 7
Fixed 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Our friendly team are looking to recruit a Practice Educator. If you have the passion and skills to join our team we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
To work with staff in clinical practice, in order to develop skills and knowledge required for the endoscopy speciality.
To provide clinical expertise within the speciality and collaborate with other health professionals in the delivery of quality care.
To develop education and training strategies in order for staff to achieve competencies.
To maintain up-to-date staff training records and competency documents for audits and quality reports.
To support the matron, sister/charge nurse in assessing learning gaps of staff and developing personal development plan for underperforming staff.
