Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our progressive Uro-Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist team. We are looking for a Registered Nurse with Urology experience who is enthusiastic, dynamic and forward thinking. As a specialist Key-Worker in Urological cancer, you will assist in the provision and ongoing development of a comprehensive specialist nursing service for patients and their relatives with a diagnosis, providing cross cover for all urological tumour sites as needed.
Please note that interviews will take place on Monday 15 May 2023.

You will have a positive outlook and a 'can do' attitude. You will maintain excellent clinical and professional standards of work, be self-motivated and able to work to set objectives, manage your time and resources efficiently, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a determination to succeed to deliver a patient focused pathway of care.

There will be opportunity to develop nurse led services and within this, you will be supported to work autonomously, utilising your specialist knowledge and skills of assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care whilst working within the Professional Code as well as Trust, Cancer Alliance and National guidelines.
Informal visits are encouraged and welcomed. A training/developmental post may be considered.
