NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression are looking for a Band 5 Registered Professional, to act as a Screening Practitioner to join an already established screening team. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9-5. Flexible and Agile combination of home and base working would be considered.
This will require excellent interpersonal skills and experience of identifying mental health risk and safeguarding concerns. The role is a rewarding one and part of the wider team. The Trust is committed to inclusion via staff networks, development opportunities and we have regular supervision provision in place. Full and part-time can be considered and base to be confirmed at interview.
The position will be located at eitherAlfred Barrow Health Centre, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria. LA14 2LB or Cameron House, White Cross Business Park, South Road, Lancaster LA1 4XF
Main duties of the job
You will be screening new referrals into the NHS Talking Therapies Service. This will include talking to service users and carers to gain further information, including establishing any current clinical risk.
