Sister's post/ charge nurse post on ward T5.
T5 is an acute surgical ward, we are looking for a forward thinking dynamic nurse who has strong leadership skills to work within our team.
The successful applicant will need to have 2 years post registration experience. They will need to be able to work calmly under pressure and lead a team and deputise in the absence of the ward manager.
Main duties of the job

Exciting opportunity as arisen to join our Colorectal surgical ward T5 at The Royal Oldham Hospital. T5 is a 25 bedded unit that cares for acute and emergency surgical admissions
We would like to appoint a sister/charge nurse with Leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in leading a team on T5.
T5 provides a service for all emergency surgical admission that are admitted through Accident and emergency or our surgical assessment unit.
The successful applicant must be dynamic, enthusiastic, forward thinking and ready to broaden their knowledge and leadership skills. You will support the Ward Manger to lead and to further enhance the team and patient care on T5. Focus will be on patient experience, patient safety and providing assurance that standards are met for every patient, every time.
