We are recruiting for a Mental Health Practitioner who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards great people, great place.
Main duties of the job
To provide high quality care and treatment in conjunction with other professionals and work in partnership with other agencies to provide seamless, flexible services which meet service user and carer need.
The post holder will be responsible, together with the wider team, for providing care, interventions and health promotion to people with severe mental health problems in the community
The post holder will also be supported to work as an autonomous practitioner by senior colleagues, as well as taking all opportunities to become actively involved in training and teaching programmes, both within the Trust and the wider community.

- RN [MH/GN] with live NMC registration.
- Evidence of on-going development and post registration training.
- Demonstrable Care Co-Ordinator Competencies.
- Training in Risk assessment and management skills.
- Ability to build on the knowledge, skills and priorities of people working in a range of disciplines
- Experience in the assessment and management of people with serious and enduring mental health
- Current, clean driving license
