Job summary
Following reconfiguration, Y Banwy ward in Bronglais General Hospital provides excellent care for patients experiencing respiratory problems. It has a dedicated 6 bed area for a mixed covid speciality ward.
As a Band 7 Senior Sister/ Charge Nurse you will be responsible for promoting and implementing practice conducive to high quality patient care.
Main duties of the job
Staff will need to be supported with training, education and risk management.
The post will be working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- Current NMC Registration
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
- Pertinent postgraduate diploma (or equivalent development/ experience and a willingness to undertake appropriate post graduate diploma level study when in post)

- Teaching/ Coaching qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of legislation pertinent to role
