The Health Visiting Service is within an integrated Acute and Community Directorate that sits within the Women & Children's Group. The Directorates vision is to deliver integrated care to support women, children and families to start well, grow well and live well.
Our Health Visiting Service has been rated outstanding by CQC and we are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and dedicated Health Visitor to work as a Team Leader within our service.
Team leaders provide excellent leadership and clinical support to the workforce, this support enables our health visitors to empower children and their families to make healthy lifestyle choices for improved health outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that provides high standards of care to children and families and strives to improve the wellbeing of the workforce through training opportunities and restorative support.

- Evidence of degree level studies
- NMC registration
- RGN/ Registered HV/RSN
- Nurse Prescribing qualification (HV only)

- Appropriate management/ Leadership qualification or working towards
