Job summary
Providing excellent nursing care. As skills and competencies develop, taking charge and actively participating in and contributing to the management of the ward or department on a regular basis. Supervising and mentoring junior staff.
Main duties of the job
We are a fantastic team of nurses who are looking for new team members either with or without post registration experience. We are committed to the development of our team and staff members and can provide you with lots of opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge, from Preceptorship and in-house training to university courses. We care for cardiac surgery and cardiology patients so you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in both specialties.
I am hoping you are keen, enthusiastic and looking for an opportunity to join a motivated, proactive and fun team of staff providing outstanding care to patients undergoing cardiac surgery.
