About us

The refurbishment consists of an extension to our Major area, Pitstop, an Ambulance arrivals pod, a dedicated Paediatric area alongside a new Urgent Treatment Centre for the Minors and GP stream.

This is a very exciting time to join our Emergency Department with opportunities to develop with formal Royal College Nursing - Emergency Nurse Competency based assessments with accreditation supporting all nurses.

We value each role in our diverse multidisciplinary team of Health Care Assistants, Emergency Care Technicians, Housekeepers, Patient Flow Coordinators, Nurses, Paramedics, Practice Education Facilitators and Emergency Care Practioners alongside our Receptionists and Operational Managers.
