Job summary
To provide clinical leadership across the East place system in order to identify, develop and implement strategies to develop excelling nursing practice across the system.
To act as an enabler in achieving safe, caring, responsive, effective and well led care across all fundamental standards within the East place system.
To work with key stakeholders within the East place system including ECCH, Norfolk and Suffolk Social Services, Integrated care board, to inform proposals for education, training, and the needs of MDT caring for patients within our system.
To provide a robust review of any learning opportunities to share within the system.
To provide a system oversight and assurance role for quality outcomes for our patients, including supporting timely communication, education, learning from incidents, supporting the PSIRF agenda across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
To contribute and influence the development, improvement and delivery of high quality nursing care for all patients within Norfolk and Waveney.
Formulation of short, medium and long term strategic plans, interpreting health service policy and setting standards.
Liaising with the system partners and key stakeholders.
