As part of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Community's Journey to Excellence, the Emergency Quadrant here at YGC is undergoing some major quality improvement and service developments. This, along with the recent increase in senior nursing teams on our assessment units, mean we have some exciting opportunities for registered nurses who are looking for a career in the rapid-paced world of emergency care. We have a dedicated practice development nurse and our very own sim suite to aid learning opportunities. They are on hand to work with and support new staff within the ward setting.
Main duties of the job
Whether you are an experienced nurse looking for a new challenge or a newly qualified nurse just beginning on your journey into the registered nurse role, we are offering a variety of flexible working initiatives to create a positive work-life balance which includes the opportunity to enter into a rotational post covering all areas within the EQ.
