Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a Community Staff Nurse and develop expertise skills into the district nursing service based in the Southern Adult Community Healthcare Team.
The post is to provide nursing interventions to patients in their home environment. If you are interested in joining our friendly team, we would like to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be involved in a wide range of clinical expertise within the NHS as well as working in a multidisciplinary team environment into community context. You may be newly qualified nurse, or with hospital previous experience - You must be able to demonstrate professional skills and competence in medicines management, care and treatment delivery. You must be innovative in your approach and willing to work with other members of the community team and ward staff to ensure a high-quality service delivery. You must be willing to develop your own knowledge and skills and will be supported to develop in the community setting.
