Digital Nurse Lead

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse with a particular passion for digital technologies, education and training to support digital development at Salisbury Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to join the Digital Care team to support and lead upon the implementation of several key digital projects within the Digital Care Programme of work, that will influence the future requirements of the Nursing & AHP professions.

Main duties of the job

The Digital Nurse Lead will support the Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO) in providing clinical leadership, education, and implementation of digital care delivery. This new role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has the commitment and passion to support the digital care agenda and professional development of staff, ensuring that our members of staff have the appropriate skills to meet the needs of our service users.

It would be advantageous if you have experience of planning and delivering improvement change projects to deliver outcomes, and experience of working in partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will need to be approachable and able to flex to competing demands of the digital care workload to accommodate both internal and external changes. Your innovation and ability to support technology solutions will be key in driving forward changes to support the Nursing and AHP digital agenda, to enable the delivery of high-quality care to our service users. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a good understanding of interpreting data and it's use to drive positive change.
