Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, digitally experienced pharmacist to join the Digital Team to work closely with the EPMA Project Manager to help lead in the configuration, planning and implementation of an consolidated EPMA system to be used Trust wide for in-patients services.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for implementing and supporting the pharmacy and IT team deliver an EPMA solution across Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. . Job responsibilities
The post holder will act as the lead Pharmacist for the EPMA project and will work closely with the multidisciplinary teams and will play a contributory role in procuring and implementation of an EPMA solution. You will be involved with the design (including the drug file and formulary build), development, testing and successful implementation of an EPMA system within the Trust. You will play a key role in ensuring that the new technology is used to its maximum potential to transform our medicines processes and to enhance patient care. The post holder will lead the development and delivery of the EPMA training plan for pharmacy, medical and nursing staff.
